Caliber. Global is a tech-enabled specialized supply chain provider. We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Specialist to strengthen our efforts in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our sales team.
Your role
We are looking for a Marketing Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for generating marketing qualified leads (MQL) through our website and LinkedIn account. This role requires effectively managing generated leads in our CRM system and preparing them for the sales team.
The specialist will also be responsible for creating content to be used on our website and LinkedIn to enhance our brand identity and engage customers. This includes developing relevant blog posts, articles, and social media content that resonates with our target audience.
This role is crucial for strengthening our marketing efforts and optimizing collaboration between marketing and sales, with the goal of increasing our revenue and market share.
This position is based in our Arnhem office and offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to combine creativity and sales in a collaborative environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQL) through various channels, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation efforts to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and informative content for our website and LinkedIn, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content with our overall brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and management of leads.
- Segment leads based on their qualification status and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Generate reports and analytics to assess lead quality and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Lead Qualification:
- Research and analyze leads to determine their potential as sales qualified leads (SQL).
- Collaborate with the sales team to define criteria for SQL and ensure alignment on follow-up strategies.
Sales Support:
- Provide immediate support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
- Maintain open communication with sales representatives to understand their needs and adjust marketing materials accordingly.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings by creating tailored content and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources.
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Participate in regular meetings to share insights, discuss campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and content development.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Marketing Lead Generation Specialist who may be a recent graduate or an entry-level candidate, but ideally possesses some knowledge or experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have a mix of education, experience, skills, and soft skills that align with the responsibilities of the role.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or content creation (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Certification) are a plus).
Experience:
Previous internships or experience in marketing, lead generation, or content creation is desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) is a plus.
Experience with content creation for websites or social media is advantageous.
Knowledge of the supply chain business is a plus, as it will help in understanding the target audience and market dynamics.
Understanding of SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and social media marketing strategies.
Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
