We have Project Leads in The Netherlands, North America and China. 

The Project Lead is a project management role with a strong focus on Logistics and Sales. You are responsible for project logistics management, planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information.

You oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of logistics projects to ensure they finish on time, remain within budget and meet quality standards. You are expected to continue actively doing project management work and ensure successful end-to-end management of all store development projects.

Project Lead

We are always looking for strong, well-rounded project managers who love to work closely with customers, suppliers and co-workers to drive excellent End-to-End Project Management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Data Management;
• Order Management;
• Project Management from Project Kick-off with all stakeholders to Project Close-out;
• Interpretation of design drawings to determine which suppliers are expected to provide material and/ or services;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project management-related issues on all assigned projects between customers, suppliers, site supervisors, and the project management team;
• Time Management - effectively planning and coordinating;
• Create Project KPI dashboards and evaluate with key stakeholders. Perform simple analysis on performance metrics, costs, and other areas as required to improve best practices;
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets during and after the project closes out (Budget Control). Escalate to the Customer when costs exceed budget. Manage project milestones in Tract; add budgets on %—historical information. Ensure all purchase invoices are paid and sales invoices have been created and sent to the customer.
• Support Operational Process Reviews (internal/external) for continuous improvement.
• Project Management Reporting, Missing Milestones Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred;
• Prince2 or PMP;
• 4-5 years of professional work experience preferred;
• 1-2 years international experience desired, else clear demonstration of knowledge needed to operate in global markets;
• 2-3 years of project management experience strongly preferred;
  
  

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills and interest in other systems as well.
• Clear & Consistent communication (both writing & speaking) in English, multilingual preferred.
• Project Management skills (Plan projects from conception to implementation, Map out timelines, Assess project risks and opportunities, Execute each phase of the project life cycle, Create, allocate, and manage the budget, Communicate with all stakeholders, Troubleshoot problems and challenges, Deliver (and often maintain) the end product or service
• Project owner of customer projects, key supplier projects, and transportation team projects.
