Functional Analyst | IT Department

Your role

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to execute root cause analyses within our processes and systems. You have the patience to test new developments extensively. IT issues must be analyzed and reported clearly and structurally to software developers. System data needs to be checked with the help of colleagues, and this process should be planned and managed. Functional IT requirements in addition to test scenario’s must be formulated based on feedback from management and the operation.

This position is based in our Arnhem office and offers a fantastic opportunity for a IT specialist with a lot of knowledge of project management techniques and who has experience in collaborating with offshore IT development. 

Essential duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Scope executive level and customer requirements and perform project management.
• Refine scoped project into detailed tasks to be executed and tested by a development and testing scrum team in India. Both requirements for the Caliber’s Tract customer facing application, as well as SFTP and API integrations.
• Coordinate IT and User Acceptance Testing and configuration of integrations and simple upload functionalities.
• Monitor existing integrations, and applications and collaborate with the support team in India and external managed service provider (for OCI and DBA activities) in the Netherlands to resolve incidents.

What we’re looking for

Education/ Experience:       

• University-degree preferred.
• Experience with the setup of CIAM and SSO would be a beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with offshore IT development, testing and support team would be a strong benefit
• Knowledge of both API access management with knowledge of SSO implementation, to streamline authorization and authentication in APEX, Qlik Sense, and (Qlik) Talend.
• Strong knowledge of in- and export worldwide, customs and legal expertise in general are as well as experience in the internal audit field are preferred.
• Knowledge of project management techniques like Scrum and Prince as well as IT systems in general, like for instance Oracle databases, FTP, IBM Blue Works, SQL databases.
• Track record of successfully data integration processes (ETL/ Talend) is a must have.
• Experience with Oracle APEX Customer Identity and Access Management (OCI, Entra Identity) is preferred
• Experience CICD pipeline configuration and management (Jenkins) is considered nice to have
