At Caliber.global, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver exceptional project management and logistics solutions to our clients. In 2022, we had the privilege to execute a rollout of 81 stores in Asia within an incredibly tight timeframe. Despite facing challenges such as a new market without an established brand footprint, we rose to the occasion and exceeded expectations.

The Problem

The challenge at hand was monumental: opening 81 stores in just 3 months in a foreign country with no existing brand presence. The pressure was on to ensure a seamless and timely rollout while maintaining the high standards expected by the customer.

  • Thorough pre-work involving project master data setup
  • Careful selection and training of forwarder partners at both origin and destination
  • Pre-work and training of the customers suppliers in various origin countries
  • Regular weekly sync-up meetings with the customer, their suppliers, and GC partners to facilitate clear communication and project timeline adherence
  • Ongoing coordination with internal cross-functional teams and forwarder partners to ensure project execution in line with Caliber’s high standards
  • Transparent reporting and project visibility for the customer to maintain trust and alignment
  • 24/7 availability to address any emergency issues and provide prompt problem-solving solutions

The Ultimate Result

Thanks to our dedication and coordinated efforts, the project was a resounding success:

  • All 81 stores were opened on time as per the customer schedule, demonstrating our commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
