Smarter Supply Chains. Smaller Footprint.
At Caliber.global, we believe that smarter supply chains are key to a more sustainable construction industry. That’s why we help our clients reduce emissions, minimize waste, and build with purpose.

How It All Started.
The idea behind Caliber.global was born out of experience—and a vision for how things could be better.
While working at Starbucks, Jeroen Scholten—now CEO of Caliber.global—was responsible for opening new stores across Europe. Through that experience, he became acutely aware of the complexity behind construction logistics: the time, energy, and resources it demanded—and the many moving parts that needed to align seamlessly.
Instead of accepting these inefficiencies as the norm, Jeroen saw potential—an opportunity to streamline processes through technology, better coordination, and a stronger network of partners.
What began as a personal ambition to improve the rollout of new store openings has evolved into Tract: a supply chain collaboration platform built to simplify complex projects.
By combining smart technology with deep supply chain expertise, we help businesses build smarter, faster, and greener—reducing risk and increasing impact, from planning to final delivery.
That founding vision still drives everything we do today.

Our Sustainability Vision.
The construction sector is one of the largest contributors to global emissions and material waste. That’s why we focus on what we can control: the supply chain. Through smarter planning, digital collaboration, and real-time logistics visibility, we enable more sustainable outcomes—without compromising speed or cost-efficiency.
We see sustainability not as an add-on, but as a core design principle of modern supply chains.
Here's how we translate vision into impact:
Our Commitment to the Paris Agreement.
At Caliber.global, we fully support the goals of the Paris Agreement.
We recognize the vital role that logistics and construction play in the global climate challenge. That’s why we are actively working towards Net Zero emissions by 2050, in close collaboration with our clients, partners, and suppliers.
As part of our sustainability journey, we are proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, aligning our strategy with the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. We currently hold an EcoVadis Bronze rating, and are committed to reaching Gold status as we continue to improve transparency, performance, and impact.
Because building a better future starts with how we deliver today.

Measurable Impact.
Sustainability without measurement is just a promise. Here’s what we’ve achieved with our clients:
-
Up to 310 fewer air shipments in 2024 through consolidation and improved forecasting.
-
34.68% absolute reduction of Scope 3 emissions due to a strategic shift toward an Ultra Short Supply Chain model.
-
Significant reduction in idle time, site congestion, and CO₂ emissions.
And we’re just getting started.
Collaboration Is Key.
We believe sustainable supply chains are not built alone. That’s why we:
-
We work hand-in-hand with our clients to align on shared sustainability goals.
-
We collaborate with certified suppliers and logistics partners.
-
We use our customers data to optimize their supply chain efficiency.
Together, we create long-term value—for your business and for the planet.

Looking Ahead.
We Invest in AI Scenario planning
We are investing in AI-driven scenario planning to anticipate potential disruptions and optimize supply chain decisions in real time. This leads to more efficient resource use, fewer emergency shipments, and greater transparency—resulting in measurable emission, waste and risk reductions.
We Work Toward Emission-Free
Last-Mile Delivery
Together with logistics partners, we are exploring zero-emission transport options for the final leg of delivery. Our goal is to make last-mile logistics cleaner, especially in urban construction environments.
We're expanding Tract to support sustainability insights
We are building new features into our supply chain platform, Tract, to track sustainability KPIs like CO₂ output, delivery consolidation levels, and material usage. This enables our clients to make more data-driven and environmentally conscious decisions.
