Pepijn Bourgonje.
Marketing & Sales Manager, Caliber.global

What do you do for the company?
I’m responsible for all marketing activities at Caliber.global. My goal is to make it easier and more frequent for potential clients to engage with our services.

Why did you decide to work for this company?
I’ve been working at Caliber.global since April 2025. I had been familiar with the company for several years before joining. The international character, combined with a software-like product, really appealed to me. The small size of the organization allows for quick decision-making, which means you can truly make an impact.

What do you do in your spare time:
In my free time, I enjoy traveling in my self-built camper. I’m also a passionate tennis player and try to participate in as many tournaments as possible.

Carl Komrij.
Sales Director, Caliber.global

What do you do for the company?
As Sales Director for North America, I focus on growing our customer network and ensuring we continue to deliver meaningful value to support our clients and drive regional growth.

Why did you decide to work for this company?
I enjoy being part of Caliber because of its dynamic and entrepreneurial culture. It’s a flat organization that encourages ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. There are many opportunities to broaden your expertise, take initiative, and make a real impact.

What do you do in your spare time?Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can outdoors, swimming, fishing and camping with my kids (we love building campfires and make burgers), if time is left, I like to get a round of golf in when possible.

Balkan Grguric.
Commercial Sales Director, Caliber.global

What do I do for the company?
As Commercial Project Director, I focus on growing our business—especially in the areas of installation, general construction, and sourcing. I support our operations and project management teams on business opportunities across the EU, UK, and Türkiye, and help connect our business development efforts with teams in APAC and North America.
Additionally, I lead our industrial construction sales strategy, helping expand our services across the broader construction supply chain.

Why I decided to work for Caliber? Before joining Caliber, I owned my own business and worked as a government contractor and logistics specialist. Through that experience, I recognized a significant gap in the industry — one that lacked the innovative, adaptable solutions many clients truly needed. I saw that Caliber not only understood this gap but was actively working to fill it with forward-thinking strategies and a fresh approach to logistics and construction services. What drew me to Caliber was its commitment to innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. The company empowers me to bring new ideas to the table while constantly challenging me to think beyond conventional solutions.

What I do in my spare time?
Outside of work, my family and I love to travel — we spend a lot of our free time exploring new places together. As a former professional athlete, staying physically active remains a significant part of my life. I enjoy scuba diving, horseback riding, hiking, and when I get the chance, writing. These activities help me recharge, stay inspired, and bring a fresh perspective to both my personal and professional life
