An off-balance solution that includes demand planning, warehousing, transportation, customer service and installation or delivery support.

How Caliber Global Solved It


To support their growth, Caliber.global helps with the placement of Purchase Orders at their local or regional partners. After uploading product specifications to our system, the complete process starts off; from supplier management, to the generation of shipping documentation and picking up the materials at the supplier's locations, to the final (white glove) on demand delivery at the construction site.


Results

From Caliber.global’s office in Toronto, we actively support the customer operations across Canada. Caliber also supports the customer (and some of their licensed partners) in the USA and EMEA regions. We support many of their new store openings and the implementation of their new store designs. In addition, Caliber.global diligently finishes their renovation and relocation projects with total control and full visibility.
