Our solution
After partnering, Caliber.global implemented its system, process and expertise to streamline the supply chain workflow within the customers organization. The implementation of Tract (IT system) granted end-to-end visibility over active projects, purchase order management, master data, shipment tracking, job-cost budgeting and forecasting as well as roll-out management. Caliber.global also acts as a so called independent 4PL for transparently finding and booking all national and international transport against the best market-rates for each shipment.
Results
Caliber.global’s processes have increased the customers overall FF&E supply chain efficiency by reducing costs and time involved. The set-up allowed the customer to minimize the fixed costs associated with the supply for building and refurbishing restaurants. Caliber.global manages the development and roll-outs for all of the brand's restaurant chain.
