Functional Analyst

I joined Caliber in early 2025 as a Functional Analyst in ETL ; drawn by the strong alignment between my personal values and the company’s core principles. Since then, it’s been a great journey. Even though I came in with limited experience in the supply chain space, my colleagues made sure I got up to speed with precision.

One thing I love most about Caliber is how approachable everyone is. You can walk up to anyone with a question or a problem, and they’ll take the time to brainstorm collectively. It makes solving challenges feel like a true team effort. I feel lucky to be part of a culture where everyone’s voice matters and where ideas are not only welcomed but often acted on.

Outside ofwork, I enjoy playing snooker, and I also love spending time baking and swimming- it’s my way to unwind.

If you come up with a smart idea, people genuinely listen andencourage you to take it further.

What I appreciate most is how supportive and approachable everyone is.  Colleagues are always willing to help, share knowledge, or brainstorm together, creating an environment where you can grow quickly and feel truly valued.
