Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms

We're hiring a Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms who is responsible for driving sales of Caliber's Tract - IT systems (SAAS) and related professional services.

This position is applicable in Columbus, Ohio USA or Arnhem, The Netherlands
You will be part of the global Sales team
What is required?
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT sales or professional services.
International Sales experience is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

About the Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms role.

This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling of technology solutions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT systems and professional services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and agreements.

  • Provide technical and commercial advice to clients on IT solutions.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report performance to leadership.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery post-sale.
