Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms

We're hiring a Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms who is responsible for driving sales of Caliber's Tract - IT systems (SAAS) and related professional services.

This position is applicable in Columbus, Ohio USA or Arnhem, The Netherlands
You will be part of the global Sales team
What is required?
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience in SaaS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction tech, or managed services.
International Sales experience is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

About the Sales Manager, Construction Supply Chain Platforms role.

The Sales Manager plays a critical commercial role in accelerating Caliber’s mission by selling Caliber.global's technology-enabled supply chain services and expanding Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through the TRACT platform.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with a pure sales focus—driving adoption of the TRACT ecosystem, including modules such as TMS, WMS, POM, project orchestration, forecasting & planning, optimization, sustainability reporting and integration services.
 


The Sales Manager partners closely with Operations, IT, and regional leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization for customers. As a key voice of the customer, this role also influences the product roadmap to ensure TRACT evolves in line with market needs and Caliber’s AOP 2026 objectives.

I’m responsible for all marketing activities at Caliber.global. My goal is to make it easier and more frequent for potential clients to engage with our services.

What do you do in your spare time:
