Supply Chain Analyst
We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst who likes to analyse and optimize data with the goal to provide insight & foresight of the end-to-end supply chain through Qlik Sense dashboards.
About the Supply Chain Analyst role.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing data to deliver actionable insight and foresight across the end-to-end supply chain through Qlik Sense dashboards. Acting as a trusted advisor to global management, the role focuses on continuous improvement through high-quality insights for internal and external stakeholders.
The analyst develops and maintains financial and operational models, streamlines reporting, and supports decision-making through forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and regulatory requirements. The ultimate objective is to provide financial insights that guide effective decision-making and align capital and resource allocation with the business budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Include, but not limeted to, the following:

Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Build standardized, end-to-end supply chain reports and dashboards in Qlik Sense for all stakeholders.

Develop scalable performance metrics and dashboards to support fact-based decision-making.

Analyze financial data and report monthly on cost performance versus market benchmarks.

Ensure data accuracy through regular quality checks, driving continuous reduction of risk, cost, and exceptions.

Automate repetitive manual tasks by implementing self-service reporting solutions.

Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to implement new system functionalities and enable real-time disruption management.

Work independently with strong organizational and project management skills.

Act as a strategic business partner and product owner, translating business requirements into reporting and integrated process solutions.

Expand the use of predictive analytics to improve forecasting and decision-making.

Perform root cause analyses of supply chain disruptions and define corrective actions.

Support the implementation of supply chain technologies and process automation, including AI-driven solutions.
