Brittany Huddleston
Project Lead, Caliber Americas, LLC

What do you do for the company?
I’m responsible for all project management activities at Caliber Americas in Columbus, Ohio.

Why did you decide to work for this company?

What first drew me to Caliber was seeing it recognized as a Great Place to Work—and it absolutely lives up to the title. I started here two years ago as a Project Coordinator, and from day one, I knew I was in the right place. Since then, I’ve been challenged (in all the best ways), supported, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

One of the things I love most is how connected the culture feels. You can easily reach out to C-level leadership and actually have real conversations—that kind of accessibility is rare. And being recognized by my peers with a Caliber Coin was a really special moment for me—it’s awesome to be part of a team that celebrates each other’s wins.

From team-building events and healthy lunches to a fantastic location and a strong focus on work-life balance, Caliber goes beyond being just a workplace. It’s a place where people are genuinely cared for, and that makes all the difference.

What do you do for the company?
I’m responsible for all marketing activities at Caliber.global. My goal is to make it easier and more frequent for potential clients to engage with our services.

Why did you decide to work for this company?
I’ve been working at Caliber.global since April 2025. I had been familiar with the company for several years before joining. The international character combined with a software-like product really appealed to me. The small size of the organization allows for quick decision-making, which means you can truly make an impact.

What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love to travel in my self-built camper. I’m also a passionate tennis player and try to participate in as many tournaments as possible.
