Caliber.global is pleased to announce that Andy Adams has joined its Advisory Board as a non-executive board advisor, effective August 1, 2026.

Andy brings more than 30 years of international experience in retail development, store design, construction, real estate and global expansion. During his 21 years at Starbucks, he held several senior leadership roles and helped shape the company’s global store development and design strategy across more than 80 countries.

His experience in leading complex, large-scale development programs will be highly valuable as Caliber.global continues to strengthen its position within the construction supply chain. Andy’s perspective is especially relevant to retail development, data center construction and other project-driven environments where materials, logistics, contractors and project information must be carefully coordinated.

Caliber.global helps organizations make complex construction supply chains more predictable by connecting data, stakeholders and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle. By combining technology with operational expertise, Caliber supports customers in improving timelines, controlling budgets, reducing downtime and preventing avoidable failure costs.

Commenting on his new role, Andy Adams said:

“I’m excited to support the talented team at Caliber.global and its Board of Directors as a non-executive board advisor. Whether building retail stores or data centers, Caliber brings data and creativity together to solve complex construction logistics challenges, helping organizations optimize timelines and budgets while reducing disruption and downtime.”

Jeroen Scholten, CEO of Caliber.global, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Andy to our Advisory Board. His international experience in store development, construction and large-scale expansion brings highly relevant strategic expertise to Caliber. Andy understands the complexity of delivering development programs across multiple markets and stakeholders. His perspective will help us further strengthen the value we provide to customers and partners across retail, data centers and other complex construction environments.”

Andy’s appointment brings valuable industry knowledge and international experience to Caliber.global. His involvement will support the company’s ambition to revolutionize the construction supply chain through better collaboration, smarter use of data and more predictable execution.

We look forward to working with Andy and drawing on his experience, perspective and international network.
