On a very hot summer day, our Caliber.global Shanghai team put on their orange vests and joined local environmental cleaning staff for a volunteer project focused on cleaning and caring for the neighbourhood.
The reward came afterwards: seeing a clean and welcoming public space where people could gather, practise traditional water calligraphy on the stone pavement, enjoy Chinese music and dance together.
Every contribution may feel small, but together, these actions make a meaningful difference to the places where we live and work.
At Caliber, caring for our communities is something we put into practice.
