Hunkemöller has selected Caliber.global to manage the end-to-end construction rollout of its new store concept across multiple locations.

The decision follows a successful pilot of Hunkemöller’s redesigned store format, which delivered a measurable improvement in customer experience and a positive impact on sales performance. Based on these results, the company has initiated a broader rollout across both existing stores and new locations.

After successfully executing the first batch internally, the next challenge emerged:
how to maintain control over budget, planning, and supply chain coordination at scale. To address this, Caliber.global has been appointed as the central coordination partner, responsible for coordinating all stakeholders across the construction supply chain.

In this role, Caliber.global provides full end-to-end construction management, ensuring that suppliers, general contractors, and logistics partners are aligned through a single operational structure. This approach enables greater control, transparency, and efficiency throughout the rollout process.

The first phase of the program covers the rollout of 100 stores, forming part of a larger initiative that could ultimately extend to approximately 750 locations.

To support execution, Caliber.global deploys its construction supply chain collaboration platform, TRACT. Through this platform, all project activities—from RFQs and budgeting to purchase orders and execution—are managed within a single environment, providing real-time visibility across the entire supply chain.

As part of the operational model, Caliber.global also manages centralized warehousing, including the consolidation of inventory, pick-and-pack operations, and coordinated deliveries to stores in city centers and shopping malls. Specialized transport solutions are used to ensure goods arrive in optimal condition at each location.

TRACT enables full item-level tracking throughout the process, giving Hunkemöller continuous insight into inventory levels, delivery status, and overall project progress. All project data, including planning, budgets, and historical performance, remains centrally accessible for monitoring and future analysis.

The program is currently in the preparation phase, with planning being finalized in close collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders. Master data is being set up within TRACT to ensure a controlled and scalable rollout. The first projects have already been initiated, with execution accelerating in the coming months.

Completion of the first rollout phase of 100 stores is expected around October.
